1.I don’t speak English.
2.I don’t understand English.
3.I don’t speak Persian/Farsi very well.

    1- “man engelisi balad nistam” or “engelisi harf nimizanam”
    2- “engelisi nemifahmam”
    3- “farsi harf nimizanam khub”

    and please don’t say “farsi”say either “Persian” or “Parsi”
    “farsi” is the version of “Parsi” created by arabs who are too dumb to pronounce “P”
