How do you know if a British person is speaking “ghetto” or “bad” English?

Question by Svetlana K: How do you know if a British person is speaking “ghetto” or “bad” English?
For example, in the USA, when a person says “I is” or saying Do instead of Does (Do he know…?), we consider it “ghetto English” or whatever you’d like to call it. How do you know if a British person is speaking “ghetto English”? Is it the accent? Different words used?

Whether its in the US or UK (or any where else) using improper grammar comes across as ignorant.
Calling it something else, like “ghetto” doesn’t change that fact.
Personally, I do not understand why anyone would choose to come across as anything but intelligent. I often come across people using “ghetto” speak while applying for a job. Needless to say, I do not seriously consider them when hiring.
