It’s true. Good gawd I worked with a bunch of mexicans at wal-mart who had been in this country for decades and they couldn’t speak friggin English. You know damn well any normal person who who went to live in another country would have learned the language by then.

No one is required to speak a specific language. It’s what this country was founded upon. Freedom. Although speaking English usually helps one progress in this country speaking a different language will help you progress in the international community. No I’m not upset.

As someone who lived in Texas I can safely say this man is a prime example of most Texans and I am not surprised by his rudeness.
